  • 1 plain yogurts
  • 2 pots of sugar

  1. Batter7 min

Mix the yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, flour and baking powder. The yogurt pot is your measuring cup. Dust the work surface lightly with flour. If the dough sticks, ten minutes in the fridge firms it up better than extra flour. Amounts for this step: 1 plain yogurt; 1 packet of baking powder.

  2. Bake15 min

In paper cases, 15 minutes at 180°C. Preheat the oven to the temperature given, with the rack in the middle. Only open the door if the recipe says so: the dish is ready when it is golden and the time is up.

  3. Icing7 min

Powdered sugar, a little water and a drop of green coloring. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amount for this step: Green food coloring and powdered sugar for the icing.

  4. Decorate6 min

A swirl of icing shaped like a Christmas tree. Plate at the last minute. Taste for salt, pepper and acidity, then serve right away: a hot dish is served hot, a cold dish is served cold. Amount for this step: Green food coloring and powdered sugar for the icing.
