  • Serves 6
  • Very easy

Ingredients

Number of people: Serves 6

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g flour

Preparation stepsTotal time: 33 min

  1. Melt5 min

Chocolate and butter together. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amount for this step: 150 g chocolate.

  2. Mix5 min

Add the sugar, the eggs, then the flour. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described.

  3. Bake18 min

18 minutes at 180°C in a buttered pan. Preheat the oven to the temperature given, with the rack in the middle. Only open the door if the recipe says so: the dish is ready when it is golden and the time is up.

  4. Serve5 min

The center should stay soft. Wait 5 minutes before cutting. Plate at the last minute. Taste for salt, pepper and acidity, then serve right away: a hot dish is served hot, a cold dish is served cold.
