How does Santa carry millions of presents in a single night? The secret lies in the Transformation factory, one of the most extraordinary workshops at the North Pole.

Presents arrive full size from the Gift factory. The engineer elves place them in the great transformation chamber, where a golden light gently shrinks them without ever damaging them.

Once shrunk, the presents are carefully sorted, then loaded onto Santa’s sleigh. On Christmas Eve, a pinch of magic brings them back to full size… right under the tree!
