Small in size but big at heart, the elves are Santa's indispensable allies. Always smiling, creative and full of energy, each of them has a special mission in the village. Together, they work all year round to make children's eyes sparkle all over the world!

Do elves really exist?
Yes! They live at the North Pole with Santa. They are so quick and discreet that you almost never see them.
How do they become friends with Santa?
Every elf joins the village thanks to their big heart. Santa welcomes them all like one big family.
Can you meet an elf in the village?
When you visit the village and its webcams, keep your eyes peeled: a curious elf often walks past the camera!
Do the elves have names?
Of course! Lili, Gaspard, Biscotte, Polochon… Every elf has a funny name that suits them.
Do the elves work all year round?
Yes, but at their own pace: they make things, sing, take snack breaks and have lots of fun between missions.
Do the elves get presents too?
Yes! After the big round, Santa throws a big party where every elf receives a surprise to say thank you.
