৪.৯/5 (৪১৪ reviews)

Mrs. Claus's recipe, to make as a family in the Village kitchen.

  • Total time: 35 min
  • Serves 4
  • Easy

Ingredients

Number of people: Serves 4

  • ১ sheet of puff pastry
  • ১৫০ g smoked salmon
  • ১০০ g cream cheese
  • ১ lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • ১ egg for glazing
  • Pepper

Preparation stepsTotal time: 35 min

  1. Roll out6 min

Unroll the pastry and cut out 8 rectangles. Weigh everything first, then cut pieces of the same size so they cook evenly. Keep the trimmings aside until the end, in case you need to adjust.

  2. Fill6 min

Mix the cream cheese, lemon zest and dill. Spoon some onto each rectangle with the salmon. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amounts for this step: 150 g smoked salmon; 100 g cream cheese; 1 lemon.

  3. Seal5 min

Fold over, press the edges together with a fork and brush with egg. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described.

  4. Bake18 min

Bake for 18 minutes at 200°C until the pastries are nicely golden. Preheat the oven to the temperature given, with the rack in the middle. Only open the door if the recipe says so: the dish is ready when it is golden and the time is up.
