  • Total time: 35 min
  • Serves 8
  • Very easy

Ingredients

Number of people: Serves 8

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 pinches of salt

Preparation stepsTotal time: 35 min

  1. Melt5 min

Chocolate and butter. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amount for this step: 150 g chocolate.

  2. Mix5 min

In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir from the center outward until smooth, with no dry pockets at the bottom. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described.

  3. Bake20 min

20 minutes at 170°C in a square pan. Preheat the oven to the temperature given, with the rack in the middle. Only open the door if the recipe says so: the dish is ready when it is golden and the time is up.

  4. Cut5 min

Once warm, into squares. Weigh everything first, then cut pieces of the same size so they cook evenly. Keep the trimmings aside until the end, in case you need to adjust.

Tips and variations

  • Walnuts for the older kids.
  • Don't bake it any longer.
  • It keeps for two days, and is even better the next day.
