The story of this place
Every year, millions of letters arrive at the North Pole from the four corners of the world. At the letter office, the elves sort them by country and region, read every message carefully and prepare personalised answers.
Whether it is a wish, a drawing, a question or a simple message of love, every letter is unique and precious.
Once read and handled, the letters are carefully prepared to be handed to Santa, who reads them himself with great attention. It is a place full of emotion, dreams and hope, where the magic of words brings children all over the world closer together.
“Every letter counts, because behind every word hides a dream.”
