4,7/5 (542 reviews)

Mrs. Claus's recipe, to make as a family in the Village kitchen.

  • Total time: 30 min
  • Serves 4
  • Very easy

Ingredients

Number of people: Serves 4

  • 4 cod loins
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation stepsTotal time: 30 min

  1. Prepare5 min

Place the fish in a dish and season with salt and pepper. Take out ahead of time anything that needs to lose its chill, get the dish and utensils ready, and only add salt when the recipe says so.

  2. Flavor5 min

Add the garlic, parsley, oil and lemon slices. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amounts for this step: 1 lemon; Parsley.

  3. Bake15 min

15 minutes at 200°C. Preheat the oven to the temperature given, with the rack in the middle. Only open the door if the recipe says so: the dish is ready when it is golden and the time is up.

  4. Serve5 min

Serve with the juices from the dish. Plate at the last minute. Taste for salt, pepper and acidity, then serve right away: a hot dish is served hot, a cold dish is served cold.
