  • Total time: 20 min
  • Serves 4
  • Very easy

  • 80 cl milk
  • 60 g milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut paste
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Preparation stepsTotal time: 20 min

  1. Heat5 min

The milk. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described.

  2. Melt5 min

Chocolate and hazelnut paste. Count the time from when you start, and only move on once you get the result described. Amounts for this step: 60 g milk chocolate; 1 tbsp hazelnut paste.

  3. Whisk5 min

Until the drink is smooth. It is whipped enough when the whisk leaves a soft peak. Then fold in by lifting the mixture from the bottom up, so you keep the air in.

  4. Serve5 min

With a few crushed hazelnuts if you like. Plate at the last minute. Taste for salt, pepper and acidity, then serve right away: a hot dish is served hot, a cold dish is served cold.
