Request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Enter the email address you used with us and we will send you a link to confirm the request.

What we have to keep, and for how long

  • Invoices and credit notes, for 10 years, because accounting and tax law requires it.
  • Evidence relating to a payment dispute, until the dispute period has closed.
  • Proof of the consent you gave, so we can show it was given.

We will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority or go to court.
