Santa Tracker FAQ
Quickly find answers to the most common questions!
How does the Santa Tracker work?
The North Pole elves follow the sleigh with the magic radar and share its position on the map, along with what is happening in the Village.
Is the position based on my IP address?
No: by default we show Paris. You can enter your address or locate yourself for a more precise calculation. It is only stored in your browser, never on our servers.
Is the tracking really live?
Yes! The map, the clock and the counters update throughout the big journey on December 24.
Can I see Santa from home?
With the Village webcams and the magical moments, you can follow his preparations and journey from your living room.
Why isn’t Santa in my country yet?
He follows the night around the Earth, from east to west. He comes to your home while you sleep: be patient, he’ll be there soon!
Is the Santa Tracker available on mobile?
Yes, it works on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install.
