Who runs Santa's village?
Santa Claus himself! He looks after every team, makes the big decisions and makes sure the magic of Christmas reaches every child.
What is Mrs. Claus's role?
She takes care of the whole team, organises village life and treats the elves to her cookies. Her cooking workshop, the post office, the sleigh airport and the village station work alongside her.
How many elves work in the village?
More than 300 elves are at work all year round, spread across the workshops, the stables, the letter office and the gift factory.
What are the main places in the village?
The village has 14 places, each entrusted to a manager: the post office, the sleigh airport, the amusement park, the gift factory, the star observatory, the wishing lake and many more. Find them on the village map.
How are the missions shared out?
Santa Claus sets the main direction. His assistant coordinates the special projects, and each team leader supervises the place managers who report to them so that everything is ready on 24 December.
